Visitors guidelines
Entry and exit rules
- Please reach the shuttle service / entry point 15 minutes before scheduled entry time.
- Please reach the exit point before 15 minutes of the scheduled exit time.
- Delayed reach of entry and exit may cause delay in the shuttle service vehicle allocation.
- Every visitor is mandatory mark entry and exit information at entry and exit point.
- Every visitor must follow queue system at the entry and exit point.
Entry ticket rules
- The entry(s) booked under this e-ticket/M ticket is/are not transferable.
- This e-ticket/m-ticket is valid only for the time schedule and the date specified herein.
- This e-ticket has to be carried by the visitor during the visit along with a valued ID card of the visitor whose name appears above.
- Please keep the ticket safely till the end of the visit.
- En Ooru reserves the rights to change/cancel the entry at any point of time due a safety/ unforeseen reasons/ government directions.
- Children below 5 years will not be charged.
- Child age is between 5 years to 10 years old for entry ticket and shuttle service ticket. Above 10years old, consider as Adult
- Ticket is valid for the day of reservation.
- Tickets are refundable based on cancelation policy conditions.
- En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village reserves the right of admission.
General Guidelines
- Visitor must behave politely to the tribal beneficiaries and employees
- Visitor should not permitted to carry any baggage to En Ooru
- Visitor should follow the safety Covid 19 protocol time to time based on the State Government directions.
- Ticket is only for the entry of En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village, visitors are requested to follow the guidelines of staff.
- Visit to locations where shooting/ construction is in progress is out of bounds for the visitor.
- Professional photography is permitted with separate tickets. Any form of recording instrument is not allowed in the premises without camera tickets.
- Anti-social activity, damaging, hawking and misuse of En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village property are prohibited.
- Management reserves the right to change/amend details of any service /offer without prior notice.
- Do not harm any wild animal.
- Do not enter to the nearby by forest.
- Your safety is our concern. Please cooperate with our Security for frisking during the entry.
- Please avoid carrying plastic bags, articles, pets, explosives, inflammables, arms & ammunitions, matchboxes, narcotics, cigarettes and other tobacco products.
- Visitors who have booked tickets online have to report at ticketing Counter staff.
- Visitor may carry umbrella/hats during sunny days, rain coat during rainy days and sweaters during winter for the convenience.
- Private vehicles are banned in En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village. Visitor can only take authorised shuttle service vehicle arranged at Entry point at down hills.(Near the entry gate of Kerala Veterinary and animal science university, Pookode)
- Electric autos are available for the senior citizens for the convenient visit at tip hill
- Please be cautious and vigilant take care of yourselves and your children.
- Please refer to the guidelines of every ride and follow them.
- Keep the premises clean. Put the waste, leftovers and other litter in dustbins/trash cans placed across the village.
- Bribing En Ooru tribal Heritage village staff in any manner is a serious offence and may result in appropriate legal action.
- Smoking is prohibited in En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village
- For Lost & Found and Emergency, contact our help desk.
- Cloak Room facility is available to safely and securely store your luggage/baggage.
- Wheel chair service can be available.
- Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
- Management will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to visitors or their belongings.
- Most of the areas inside the village are under our CCTV coverage.
Parking:
En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village offers limited of parking space, available on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking fee applies. Other authorised parking facilities run by private parties are available at nearby areas. Do collect the Parking tickets while entering the Parking area. Vehicles may be parked at the owners' risk. En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village takes no responsibility for the safety and security of any vehicle and contents.
