Tourists planning a visit to En Ooru tribal Heritage Village (hereafter En Ooru) can experience the comfort of booking tickets through online and offline modes. En Ooru offers an online ticket reservation facility apart from the ticket reservation facility arranged at the ticket counter located near the entry gate of Kerala Veterinary & animal sciences university, Pookode. Rules and regulations for e-ticketing (ticketing via laptops through the internet) /M ticketing (ticketing via android mobiles through the internet) and direct counter ticketing are the same at En Ooru.

User Registration

The users can reserve tickets either as registered users or as guest users. User registration is advised for travel agents/tour operators as it ensures convenient and effortless ticket reservations. One-time visitors or individual users can complete the ticketing process as guest users. No user can register more than once on the site. After completing our registration process, you will be given a password and user account. You are entirely responsible for all activities that take place under your password or account, as well as for maintaining the secrecy of the password and account. At the end of each session, be careful to log out of your account. Your failure to adhere to this may result in loss or damage, which En Ooru cannot and will not be liable for. Both registered users and unregistered users are subject to the terms and conditions listed.

Authorised Tour operators & travel agents can get registered with us for regular online tickets booking.

Agreement

You are presumed to have accepted the terms and conditions shown below whenever you make a reservation for tickets on our website. You enter into a legal contract with EnOoru to make purchases through this website once you click the "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions" button. En Ooru reserves the right to revoke any such user registrations and cancel any or all tickets bought using these registrations without prior notice if a user breaches the terms and conditions of use by registering more than one user id and/or using such multiple user IDs. Nothing in this agreement limits En Ooru's ability to comply with law enforcement demands or obligations connected to your use of this service. En Ooru's performance of this agreement is subject to current laws and legal processes of the Government of India.

Nothing in this agreement limits En Ooru's ability to respond promptly to inquiries from law enforcement regarding your use of this website or information related thereto that is submitted to or gathered by En Ooru. You acknowledge that En Ooru may, in its sole discretion, disclose information about your use of the website to regulators, law enforcement, or any other third party, or to resolve legal disputes or other complaints about the website.

A valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision will take the place of any part of this agreement that is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein. The remainder of this agreement will remain in effect.

This Agreement replaces all prior or contemporaneous discussions and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the Customer and En Ooru concerning this Website and constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and En Ooru concerning this Website. This agreement's printed version is admissible in court or administrative proceedings based on or relating to it to the same extent and subject to the same restrictions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. This also applies to any notice given in the electronic form.

En Ooru and The User, an individual whose information is provided on the User Registration page, are the parties to this agreement.

 If users accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document, we agree to offer them the ability to order tickets online.

The following terms in this Agreement have the respective meanings set forth below:

Any ticket that we issue is called an "En Ooru" ticket for the En Ooru Tribal Heritage Village. For the convenience of our visitors, we are offering entry tickets and shuttle service tickets separately as well as together. Visitors are free to select any options they desire from the ticketing system. It is permission to visit utilising our ticket ordering system for the designated shuttle service virtual queue and entry ticket to En Ooru.

The term "e-ticket" refers to a reservation made on this website, for which the customer prints out an electronic reservation slip, which, when combined with the relevant permitted personal identity, serves as authorization to visit, in place of a traditional paper ticket.

M-ticket: A message sent to the customer's mobile phone while making an online ticket reservation. Concerning tickets purchased at a reservation desk A traveller with an online reservation may enter En Ooru with an M Ticket.

Educational Message: On the day of the reservation, an informative message will be delivered to every visitor who has purchased a ticket (both online and at the counter). This message won't count as an M Ticket.

When combined with the appropriate permitted identification, the visitor may use the ERS (Electronic Reservation Slip), a printout in the standard prescribed Performa format, as authorization to carry out the voyage. These guidelines and the instructions that are provided on the ERS itself regulate ERS users.

Authorized ID - The visitor's identification is proven with ID. The original or photocopy of a driver's licence, voter ID card, Passport, AADHAR card, Ration card (with visitor photo), senior citizen ID card (provided by the government), and ID card (with photo) issued by Government departments are all acceptable identity documents according to En Ooru. 

Security:

Payment for all tickets issued will be made using one of the payment methods listed on the payment page. Your credit card information is not saved on our website for security reasons.

Booking in Advance: Bookings up to 15 days in advance are typically accepted. However, the specified number of days for advance reservations is subject to change.

Maximum entries for a registered Visitor: For a given date, a maximum of 16 entries may be booked per ticket.

Maximum entries for a registered authorised Travel agent / Tour operator : For a given date, a maximum of 100 entries may be booked per ticket.

It is possible to make reservations through the Internet whenever you want, including on Sundays and other holidays. However, you may only purchase e-tickets online up to two hours before the entry time.

Disclaimer

To guarantee the Shuttle service vehicles prompt and punctual service, every effort is being taken. En Ooru disclaims responsibility for any service delays or cancellations brought on by unforeseen and unrelated factors.

Ticket price

The En Ooru shuttle service & entry ticket price are displayed in the booking portal. Technology fees must be paid on booking tickets online. Technology fees are not applied if tickets are issued at the En Ooru counter.

Options for payment

All online transactions are subject to the terms set forth by the Financial Gateway and are subject to fee levies.

Booking confirmation

Your reservation and booking will be confirmed online once the transaction has been completed successfully. Automatically generated unique transaction IDs should be stored securely for future use. The customer is responsible for paying all fees, tariffs, taxes, and other costs.

If a booking transaction fails for any reason, the entire amount deducted from your account will be automatically credited back by your within seven banking days. If not, you are requested to contact your banker for the remedies. En Ooru are not responsible for any technical issues you face during the online booking process. 

Cancellation

Both counter tickets and e-tickets can be cancelled at our ticket counters and booking portal, respectively. Technology fees, bank fees & payment gateway fees, and GST (if paid) are not refundable.

Ticket cancellation

All reserved guests will receive a notification from En Ooru a service that allows advance booking to be cancelled. All reserved visitors will be informed if tickets must be cancelled due to weather, safety, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Visitors are entitled to a full refund of their ticket price in such circumstances excluding Technology fees, payment gate way fees and GST (if paid) ).

Only the bank account used to make the payment will receive the amount after cancellation. It is not feasible to change your account number while processing a refund.

Online cancellation

Cancellation for e-tickets is possible online. Visitors will receive a cancellation ticket or receipt, and En Ooru will reimburse the customer's account with the appropriate amount of return. Refunds in cash will not be granted. After subtracting cancellation fees, the customer's payment will be electronically returned. The En Ooru cancellation policies decide the fee based on the time of cancellation and the state of the ticket.

Cancellation Through the ticket Counter 

Entry tickets may be cancelled at any time while the ticket counter is open. The consumer must fill the ticket cancelation form and submit to En Ooru ticket counter together with the ticket in order to cancel it. En Ooru will process the refund for the amount that can be credited to the customer bank account within 15 days. No money refunded via ticket counter.

General cancellation policies

Tickets may be cancelled up to two hours before the admission time shown on the entry ticket

(a.) Refunds for unsuccessful transactions will be issued within seven banking days by your banker based on RBI rules. En Ooru may not be liable for the unsuccessful transactions.

(b.) Cancellation Fees: The cancellation slabs are as follows (with the exception of the reservation cost, which is non-refundable).

(c.) Technology fees, bank fees & payment gateway fees, and GST (if paid) are not refundable.

ID Proof 

The permitted ID listed on the visitors e-ticket must be carried by the visitor for the entire visiting time in order for it to be accepted as identification; otherwise, the ticket will be deemed invalid.
